The interests of my customers are always the top priority for me, I thoroughly check the quality of my goods, working only with reliable suppliers so that you only receive the best quality products. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. (varying between 3 days-4 weeks) I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the item you purchase. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays as I am usually at an event painting.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Bree Like A Tree Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For Non-Custom items:
Customer Satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If you are in anyway unsatisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. (Clothing cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons after it has been worn.)
Returned items will receive store credit minus return shipping costs.
Exchanged items will be shipped once original item is received back.

For Custom/Commissioned items:
Due to items being made-to-order /customized/commissioned I cannot accept returns or exchanges as each item is made specifically for the person ordering. If you have an issue with your custom order; I want to see my customers happy! Please contact me via email.

*If I shipped you a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide me photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, I will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchange or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Please notify us asap, and we will ship you a new item immediately.

GOOD NEWS is after ordering, there is still time to change your mind!
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may return or exchange an already shipped item that hasn't been worn or used for store credit only (please refer to above policy)
